2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
3/4 c. water
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine sugar, syrup and water. Cook to a soft ball stage. Pour half of boiled syrup into beaten egg whites. Cook remaining syrup to a hard ball stage. Then add to egg whites mixture. Beat until cool. Add nuts.
