EASY TURKEY TACO CASSEROLE 
1-1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
3-4 clovse garlic, minced
2 dried chili peppers
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dried onions
2 pkgs. taco or burrito dry sauce mix (follow directions on package)
1/2 c. salsa mix (Old El Paso)

4-5 lg. tortillas (flour) 2 c. grated Jack and cheddar cheese

Fry turkey with garlic and peppers (remove peppers before layering mixture), salt and dried onions. Drain all above items. Combine dry taco sauce mix with salsa mix.

In 2-quart Pyrex round dish layer tortilla, meat mixture (can add refried beans also), cheese. End with cheese on top. Microwave 8 minutes on medium-high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
