OKRA AND TOMATOES 
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tbsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can chopped stewed tomatoes
1 to 1 1/2 lb. okra, washed and cut up

Cook okra in a separate skillet to remove excess liquid. Place okra in a clean skillet. Add all ingredients and let simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Serve over rice.
