OKRA AND TOMATOES 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter or bacon grease
1 lb. okra, sliced
2 lb. fresh tomatoes, peeled
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Sauté onion in butter or bacon grease in large skillet until transparent. Add okra slices and sauté 5 minutes longer. Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 20 minutes.

Yield 6 servings.
