1 stick melted butter
1 c. water

Mix the ingredients listed above. Put half of mixture in a buttered 9x13 inch casserole. 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green onion tops or chives 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. mayonnaise 3/4 tsp. salt
