POULET GRATINE 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. diced mushrooms, or 2 cans, drained
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sherry
1 lb. cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 lb. noodles, cooked with 1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
Salt, oregano, tarragon, parsley, pepper, and garlic powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix together chicken, mushrooms, celery, sherry, cheese and noodles. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with cream sauce made with flour, butter, milk, chicken broth and spices. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
