POULET JOANN 
1/2 boneless breast of chicken
1/4 c. white wine
1 c. whole peeled tomatoes, crushed
1/2 clove garlic, minced
4 mushrooms, sliced
1/8 c. beef stock

Saute chicken on both sides until brown; degrease. Add mushrooms, white wine and let reduce a little. Add beef stock, garlic, tomatoes and let reduce. Add chives for appearance. For better results, add a dash of lemon juice.
