EVERYDAY MEATLOAF 
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. grated onion or 1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Piquant sauce
1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Soak 2/3 cup bread crumbs in 1 cup milk. Add 2 slightly beaten eggs, 1/4 cup grated onion or 1 tablespoon instant minced onion, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sage or poultry seasoning and 1 1/2 pounds ground beef. Mix well and place in loaf pan. Cover with Piquant sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
