3 slices of bread, broken into pieces
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 carrot, sliced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 lb. ground pork or turkey
1 lb. ground beef
Ketchup

In blender mix together bread, egg, milk, onion, carrot, Worcestershire sauce and spices. Mix into meat. Put into a loaf pan. Top with ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
