FARMER'S BREAKFAST 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 finely chopped potatoes
1 tsp. water
6 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked ham, diced

In 10 inch skillet, cook onion in 1/4 cup butter. Add chopped potatoes and water. Cook 10 minutes. Beat together eggs, seasonings and diced ham. Pour over potato mixture. Cook like an omelet. Serves 4.
