BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
1 ham steak, fried, cubed 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, fried 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese 12 scrambled eggs (soft) Place fried, cubed ham in 9x13 pan. Scatter fried hash browns over ham with chopped onion. Put 1/2 of grated cheese over potatoes. Spread scrambled eggs over above mixture and spread rest of cheese on top. Season potatoes and eggs while cooking with salt and pepper if desired. |
