ARTICHOKE STRATA 
1 (15 oz.) can salmon (drain)
8 slices buttered bread
1 lb. shredded Cheddar
1 (16 oz.) can artichokes (cut in 1/4's)
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. parsley

9x13 greased pan.

Combine salmon and bread broken in chunks. Sprinkle cheese over. Pour mixture of milk, eggs, soup and spices over bread, cheese and salmon. Arrange quartered artichokes on top. Cover and chill overnight. Uncover. Bake at 375 degrees for about 75 minutes.
