CHEDDAR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. pre-cooked rice
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas or 1 c. drained canned peas
4-6 slices cooked turkey or chicken
1 can condensed cheese soup
1 c. milk
1 c. finely crushed rich round cheese crackers
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Prepare rice according to package. Add onion to boiling water. Fluff rice with fork and spread in greased 10" x 6" x 1 1/2" baking dish. Sprinkle thawed peas and turkey over rice. Blend soup and milk and pour evenly over turkey. Combine the crumbs and butter, sprinkle over casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven 35 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
