TACO CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Fritos 2 lbs. hamburger meat (lean) 1 med. onion 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced 1 can mushroom soup 1 can celery soup 1 c. milk 2 med. cans mild or hot enchilada sauce Butter 4 quart baking dish (I use a 10"x15"x2" dish). Cover with layer of Fritos. Brown meat and onion. Add soups and milk. Pour mixture in baking dish over Fritos. Cover with cheese slices. Pour cans of sauce over cheese. Bake about 1/2 hour or until bubbling at 350 degrees. |
