MEXICANA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1 pkg. about 2 oz. taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can red beans
1 pkg. (20 oz.) frito corn chips (size small)
2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked macaroni

Saute ground beef, onion, garlic in skillet until beef loses redness; drain fat. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce and water. simmer 3 to 5 minutes. In a 9 x 13 dish. Arrange alternate layers meat sauce, cheese, chips, red beans, and macaroni until used up. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Add more cheese on top if discard (serve with taco sauce).
