TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can hot chili beans
1 can enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. Fritos, crushed

Cook beef and onion; drain off fat. Mix everything together. Put in casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
