TACO TWIST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
8 oz. pkg. corkscrew macaroni
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese

Brown meat. Add green pepper, onion, taco mix, and tomato sauce. Simmer while cooking macaroni. Drain macaroni. Add sour cream and meat sauce. Place in casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
