1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. jar Ortega green chili peppers, chopped
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bag mini taco chips
1 can cream of chicken soup

Fry hamburger, drain grease, stir in dry taco mix. Place chips in baking pan. Add meat mixture, chili peppers and pimentos. Mix soup with 1/2 can water and pour over casserole. Add grated cheese. Heat in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
