CORN BEEF PASTIES 
Leftover corn beef stew (cold)
1 box Betty Crock pie crust mix or any other

Make pastry as directed; cut out circles the size of a saucer. Place enough corn beef stew in middle of circle. Damp edges with water and fold over. Seal with a fork. Brush with milk and bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with pickled beets or pickled onions. Pasties can be made smaller for hors d'oeuvres.
