SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until set.
