CHOCOLATE MINT SQUARES 
SQUARES:

2/3 c. butter
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt (opt.)
3 eggs

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 tbsp. milk/cream
1/2 tsp. peppermint
Few drops green food coloring

GLAZE:

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter

SQUARES: Melt butter and chocolate together. Add 2 cups brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Spread evenly into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Chill.

Chill, frost and glaze.

Mix all frosting ingredients. Spread on chilled brownie layer. Chill.

Melt glaze ingredients over medium-low burner. Dribble over cooled, firm frosting. Spread gently with spatula until surface is covered. Cool. Cut into bars and enjoy.
