ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
Zucchini
Summer squash
Tomato
Parmesan cheese

Wash zucchini, squash, and tomato. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Dry with paper towel. Oil 9 inch pan. Layer the vegetables, sprinkling cheese between layers. Bake at 350 degrees until tender. Cheese will be brown.
