CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. crushed chocolate wafers
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine above and press in a spring form pan with a buttered bottom 1 1/2-inch up sides.

FILLING:

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened Hershey cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sour cream

In a blender or mixer combine eggs, sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and cream cheese. Mix until very smooth. Add sour cream; blend well.

Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until edge is set and dull in color and area in center (about 3 1/2-inches) is still glossy. Remove from oven.

TOPPING:

1 1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix until smooth. Spread topping to about 1-inch from the edge. Return to oven. Bake 3 minutes; remove and cool. Top. Chocolate curls or nuts may be added on top (optional).
