HAMBURGER CORN PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. pork sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 - 3 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. (approx. 4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Cook and stir ground beef, sausage and onion until meat is brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes (with liquid), corn, chili powder, garlic and salt. Heat until boiling. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.

Mix topping ingredients and pour over meat mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Cook in 350 degree oven until golden brown, approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
