ICE BOX COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. graham cracker, crumbs

Line a 10 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Melt butter over low heat, beat egg, add milk and sugar; mix butter after melting, bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add coconut, cracker crumbs, and nuts. Spread on crackers and add another layer of crackers on top.

ICING:

3/4 sticks butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and spread on top of cookies. Chill for 2 hours. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.
