1 (2 lb.) can Nestle's chocolate
1 (6 oz.) jar Coffee Mate
1 (8 qt.) size Carnation powdered milk
2 1/4 confectioners' sugar

Mix together. To serve, add 1/4 cup of mixture with 1 cup of boiling water. Add miniature marshmallows to mixture, if desired.
