YUMMY YELLOW SQUASH 
3 lb. yellow squash
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese block
1 tbsp. sugar
Bread crumbs
Slivered almonds

Slice squash into 1/2 inch pieces. Boil in water until tender which takes approximately 10 minutes. Melt butter, cream cheese and sugar together. Combine squash and butter mixture in casserole dish. Bake covered in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Drain any watery liquid. Cover with bread crumbs and almonds. Bake at same temperature uncovered until crust forms (approximately 10 minutes).
