SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked & drained or juice or
2 bunches fresh spinach, steamed & chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Place spinach in baking dish that has been sprayed, then spread mushroom soup over it. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in oven or microwave until cheese is melted. Note: Cooked/chopped broccoli can be used instead of spinach.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
