MARIEL AND HEATHER'S GREAT
SPINACH CASSEROLE
 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, or equivalent of cooked fresh spinach
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms or mushroom pieces, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 egg
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated yellow sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook and drain spinach and put in a bowl. Add egg, mushrooms, celery, bread crumbs and 1 cup cheese. Mix until well blended. Put in a deep casserole dish and top with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until top is bubbly.
