STOVETOP SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
3/4 lb. fresh spinach 1/2 c. bouillon 3 tbsp. onion, chopped fine 2 tbsp. mayonnaise Wash and trim spinach. Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat immediately and simmer uncovered until most of the liquid has evaporated. Yield: 3 servings - 44 calories. |
