WORKING GIRL'S CASSEROLE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen Stouffer's Spinach Souffle
1 c. fresh Swiss cheese, grated

The night before, brown beef with onion and salt and pepper. Drain well. Put in unbaked shell and freeze. In the morning before work, put frozen souffle in the refrigerator to defrost. When ready to eat, spread pie with thawed spinach and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
