MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 corn tortillas, broken up
2 cans Hormel chili with beans
1 pkg. Stouffer corn souffle, thawed
Longhorn cheese, grated

In casserole pan break up corn tortillas. Add chili with beans, corn souffle, and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly hot.
