SPINACH SUPREME CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. fresh mushrooms
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. instant rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Brown meat and onion; add mushrooms, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Place frozen spinach on top of mixture. Cover and steam over low heat until mixable. Mix semi-cooked mixture in a casserole with rice, soup and sour cream. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
