BUTTERMILK RAISIN PIE 
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. sugar (1/2 white and 1/2 brown)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c raisins
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 tbsp. flour

Combine all ingredients and cook until thick. Pour in baked shell. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 3 tablespoons sugar. Spread on pie and bake until brown.
