1 (21-23 oz.) fudge brownie mix
1 c. nuts
1 c. M&M'S®
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. quick oats
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix brownies according to directions for cake brownies and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
