SLUM GULION 
2 c. thin sliced potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. thin sliced yellow or zucchini squash
2 c. chopped cabbage
2 tbsp. oil

Saute potatoes in skillet sprayed with Pam until brown. Add other vegetables and 1/2 tablespoon oil, cover. Stir occasionally, may need to add more oil. Season with seasoned salt. For a one dish meal you may add 1 1/2 cups turkey sausage, then heat a little longer.
