FRUITY 'N LIGHT PIE | |
1 (9") graham cracker crumb crust 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello, any flavor 2/3 c. boiling water 1/2 c. cold water Ice cubes 3 1/2 c. Cool Whip 1 c. diced fresh, frozen or canned fruit, drained Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to Jello, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice cubes. Using a wire whisk, blend in whipped topping, whip until smooth. Fold in fruit and chill until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill 2 hours before serving. |
