LIGHT & FRUITY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (any flavor)
2/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
Ice cubes
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. fruit, any kind
1 graham cracker pie crust

In large bowl completely dissolve Jello in boiling water. Combine cold water and enough ice cubes to make 1 1/2 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Blend in whipped topping with wire whisk. Fold in fruit and chill until mixture is very thick. Pour into pie crust. Chill 2 hours. Serves 4-8.
