LIGHT & FRUITY PIE 
1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello, any flavor
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Fresh or canned fruit, drained
1 prepared 8 or 9 inch crust

1. Dissolve Jello completely in boiling water.

2. Add ice cubes and stir until Jello is thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.

3. Using wire whip, blend in whipped cream until smooth.

4. Fold in fruit; chill (if necessary until mixture mounds).

5. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 2 hours.
