FROSTED PEANUT BUTTER BAR 
MIXTURE BASE:

2 lbs. powdered sugar
2 3/4 sticks butter
4 c. peanut butter
8 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. milk
3 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

FROSTING:

2 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter

Combine all ingredients of base in large bowl until smooth. Pat out in large pan, greased with butter. Pour frosting over, spread. Chill, cut.

FROSTING: Bring sugar, cocoa, milk to boil. Cook 1 minute, take from stove. Add butter and vanilla. Stir until butter is melted, then pour over the mixture base. Use Mazola butter. Don't use whipped butter, it doesn't work well.
