COLORFUL CABBAGE 
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. shredded cabbage (or chop it up)
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
Shredded sharp Cheddar

Melt butter. Add onion and green pepper. Cook about 5 minutes. Stir in salt and cabbage. Cover and cook over low heat about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle flour evenly over cabbage and mixture. Gradually stir in milk. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Blend in pimento. Sprinkle with cheese and serve at once. Yield: 6-8 servings.
