1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/2 to 1 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped red pepper or pimento
3 c. finely chopped cabbage
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Place ingredients in large bowl in the following order - salt, pepper, mustard, celery seeds, sugar, green pepper, red pepper, onion, vegetable oil, vinegar and cabbage. Mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Garnish with watercress and sliced stuffed olives just before serving if desired.
