CREAMED CABBAGE 
4 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. chopped celery
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 c. white sauce or 1 can cheese soup
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Cook celery in 5 tablespoons butter. Cook cabbage in small amount of boiling water, just a few minutes. Drain and combine with celery and other ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Put bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
