SOUR CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
1 sm. pkg. sliced almonds
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mushroom soup
1/4 - 1/2 stick butter

Wilt cabbage in salted boiling water; drain. Add 1/4 stick of butter; add pimento, almonds, cheese and soup. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Melt 1/4 stick butter, 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing, and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake 375 degrees 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
