CABBAGE SOUP | |
3/4 lb. lean pork (sm. pieces) 1 tbsp. butter 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth condensed 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup 2 soup cans water 4 c. shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.) 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 bay leaf Dash of pepper Sour cream Brown pork in butter. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes; stir often. Serve with spoonful of sour cream. Makes 6 servings. |
