MOM'S CABBAGE SOUP 
1 lb. pork, cut up
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 green pepper, cut up
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tomato, cut up
1 can tomato sauce
1 beef or pork bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. pepper
Sour cream

Boil pork and drain. In 2 quarts of water cook cabbage. Add meat and chopped vegetables. Stir in tomato sauce and bouillon cube. Cook until all are tender, season to taste. Serve in large bowls with spoonful of sour cream on top.
