SHRIMP BLUE CHEESE DIP 
1 can frozen cream of shrimp soup
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
2 tbsp. blue cheese (a little more could be used)
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. sherry
Dash of tabasco (may be omitted)

Gradually blend soup and other ingredients with mixer. Do not overbeat or dip will be too thin. Chill. Great for a variety of fresh vegetables.
