BACON - BLUE DIP 
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes & softened
2 oz. crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
4 strips bacon, crumbled
1 lg. green pepper

Remove top and seeds from green pepper. Put first 4 ingredients in blender. Blend until mixture is smooth. Just before serving, add bacon and put in green pepper "container". Serve with veggies or crackers.
