QUICK CAKE CRISP 
2 cans pie filling (any flavor)
1 yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter

Spread pie filling in 9"x13" pan. Open cake mix and sprinkle over pie filling. Spread top smoothly with back of spoon. Dot top with butter. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Keep checking that top doesn't burn. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
