COLE SLAW 
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 gherkin sweet pickle
1/2 bell pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. light salad dressing
2 tbsp. low calorie yogurt
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 pkg. sweetener

Shred the cabbage. Cut sweet pickle, bell pepper and onion in very small pieces. make the dressing in another bowl, and mix all ingredients. Pour dressing over and mix well. It is best to cover the mixing bowl and set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that the flavors blend. If you have the time and inclination, you might want to crisp the cabbage by putting a few ice cubes over the shredded cabbage before mixing with other ingredients. If so, drain off water and ice before mixing. Makes 4 servings.
